Tips for maximising the quality of our live broadcast
The following operating systems will work best with our platform:
Mobile: Android Oreo (8.1) and later, iOS 12 and later – make sure you download the Google Chrome app and stream the conference through it.
Web browsers: Chrome (last two versions), Safari (latest version), Edge (83 onwards), Firefox (80 onwards)
Network:
If possible, please connect to high-speed Wi-Fi. This will create a more even streaming experience.
Bandwidth:
During the live sessions you can adjust the quality of your stream. It will automatically upload in high definition, which sometimes can slow your bandwidth. If you experience buffering, we recommend clicking the ‘options’ icon (found by hovering your mouse over the live webcast window) and choosing a lower quality stream.
Whoops! The site is down but we will be back up and running asap! Feel free to grab a coffee and get ready for the great day of learning ahead.
