Medicine 2026, the RCP annual conference, brought together physicians, healthcare professionals and expert speakers from across the UK and around the world to explore the three transformative shifts outlined in the 10 Year Health Plan for England: fit for the future.
Held on Wednesday 13 – Thursday 14 May 2026 at RCP at Regent’s Park and online, the conference featured keynote discussions, specialty updates and practical insights across a broad range of clinical and policy topics.
Sessions explored the future of AI and neighbourhood health, alongside vital clinical updates across specialties including acute medicine, cardiology and neurology. Attendees also heard from Professor Alastair Denniston and Dr Jess Morley as they explored the opportunities and challenges of artificial intelligence in the NHS.

Medicine 2026 on-demand access is open to all career stages and specialties and will be CPD-accredited.

Medicine 2026 is a two-day conference, and single-day tickets are not available. However, all content from both days will be accessible on demand after the live event, allowing you to catch up on sessions at your convenience until 12 August 2026.
All sessions will be available to watch on demand until 12 August 2026. Every ticket provides full access to both the live event content and additional on-demand resources. To catch up on sessions, simply log in using the email address you registered with and navigate to the on-demand section of the platform.
In‑person delegates can submit questions online or in the room. Each room will display a QR code – scan it with your phone’s camera to access the online question page. During the Q&A session, staff will also be available with microphones for anyone who would like to ask a question directly to the panel.
All items found during the event are handed to the main reception. If you are still at the building, please do not hesitate to check with them. Alternatively, you can also contact them via email at reception@rcp.ac.uk.
You can submit an abstract by Sunday 01 March at 23:59 (GMT).
Please note there is no limit to the number of abstracts an individual may submit as a co-author. However, a separate two-day ticket must be purchased for each individual poster presented. If you have multiple abstracts accepted, we recommend assigning a co-author to present on your behalf where possible.
